Junior Project Manager
Drive multiple simultaneous software development projects from start to finish.
Define project requirements and deliverables, resource requirements, and plan, manage their execution, monitoring and adjustments
Interpretation of business requirements to the technical team and reverse.
Participating in customer calls, providing a project update to the customer if necessary.
Lead stand-up daily meetings with the team.
Assist the team with Sprint planning, story point/estimations, retrospectives, improving velocity, and identifying other opportunities to improve team performance.
Coordinate the development teams including QA.
Understanding of managing software development projects.
Knowledge of project management processes, methodologies, and tools.
Interest in software development.
Previous professional experience as a software engineer or QA (1 year min)
Previous professional experience in software project management is a plus
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to communicate verbally and in writing (English and French) with all levels of employees and management
